Hi! My name is Giancarlo, and I’m an 18-year-old Gonzaga University student looking for a room or apartment to rent in Spokane. My budget is around $900 per month, and I’m hoping to move in by November 7th. I’m currently balancing school and work, and I’m focused on building a good future for myself. I’m responsible, respectful, and clean, and I value having a comfortable living space where everyone respects each other’s privacy. Outside of school and work, I enjoy music, cars, fashion, and meeting new people. I’m open to renting a private room or finding a roommate to share an apartment with. I’m looking for a place with a friendly atmosphere, a reasonable price, and people who are easy to get along with.
