Hello, This is my primary residence and I have owned this home for 8 years and I have had great success with roommates throughout the years- 1 room and 1 bathroom available in a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a large 1/2 acre backyard. The room is 12ft x 11ft with a very large closet, with your own bathroom. Security cameras on the outside of home record 24/7 as well for added security. Myself and the other roommate are both in our mid 30’s. We’re social, respectful, and appreciate a laid back but social environment.
