Private Room Available | Vista/Carlsbad Border | 12-Month Lease Private bedroom available in a spacious, well-maintained two-story house near the Vista/Carlsbad border. We're looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate who would be a great fit for our home! The House & Amenities The bedroom shares a full bathroom with one other roommate. Amenities include ample parking, in-house washer/dryer, full kitchen, garage storage (no garage parking), AC, BBQ, and outdoor space. Utilities are split equally among tenants. About Us & The Household There are currently two of us living here, both males in our early 30s with professional careers and busy schedules. We're clean, organized, respectful, and relatively quiet. We enjoy hanging out and catching up when we're home, but also value our independence and personal space. The house has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We occasionally have friends or family over, but this is definitely not a party house. We take pride in keeping the house and yard well-maintained and hope to find someone who shares those habits. Pets We have one very friendly, well-behaved dog. Other dogs may be considered as long as they're compatible with our current dog. Unfortunately, no cats. What We're Looking For Ideally, someone responsible, considerate, clean, and easy to get along with. We don't expect everyone to be best friends, but appreciate a friendly household where everyone feels comfortable. Guests are welcome; we simply ask for communication and respect for each other's space and schedules. Our priority is finding the right fit for the household, especially with a year-long lease.
