Hi girls!! My two friends from home (not featured in photos) and I are looking for 3 more girls to house hunt with in Santa Barbara! We’re all first-year students at SBCC and are originally from the Bay Area. We’re hoping to find a house where we can split rent evenly and create a fun, comfortable living environment! I’m currently living in Isla Vista and have realized I’d love to find a place in Santa Barbara! My two friends currently live in Camarillo and are also looking to move to SB, so the three of us are hoping to find three other girls to join us in finding a house. Our budget is around $8,000 total per month, which would be about $1,300 per person with girls, depending on the house and utilities. We’re open to pets and smoking, and we’re looking for girls who are clean, respectful, and easygoing! We love going out and having fun, but we also really value our personal space and enjoy nights in watching movies, having wine nights, and just hanging out together. We’re hoping to find roommates with a similar vibe who want a home that feels comfortable, peaceful, and fun!
