It also has a builtin air conditioner that does a solid job of cooling the whole apartment in the summer months. Your room would come with a queensized bed and bed frame, a nightstand, and a spacious closet. The sticker price is $1172 a month plus utilities, but we may be willing to negotiate for the right candidate. You would be joining a lease that lasts until July 2027.
