Move In: November 1st Lease Term: November 1st- May 1 lease Utilities have been averaging about 120-150 per person My partner and I are looking for someone to fill the upstairs of our home. This person will have their own large room as well as a smaller guest room for additional storage or however you want to setup/your own living room and entertaining space. I do have extra furniture & bed to furnish if needed
There is a full private bath
Laundry is upstairs My office/plant room is also upstairs that I generally use for storage and would only consider myself up there occasionally so your space is mostly private. We are looking for a responsible housemate who helps clean the common areas, pays rent and bills on time and is mindful of the space. We are all about community and with that comes communication and respect. We are also about family dinners, going to shows and having FUN! Dealbreakers: No pets due to allergies.
