Room for Rent

Description

This room sits in a nice neighborhood that is just 12 minutes south of WestLake Marketplace, in East Houston. The room itself is a 12ft x 12ft room and will be furnished with a queen bed, and a bedside table if needed. Room has a bathroom shared with one other resident. laundry room, living room, backyard, and kitchen are free for use! There is a communal fridge where food is shared, of course any personal food can be labeled so others won’t touch it. We are smoker friendly but prefer that you smoke on the patio outside, or regularly air freshen if you wish to smoke in your room. There is wifi available too:) As for utilities, the water, gas, and electricity will be added up and divided equally!
