Hi, we are husband and wife, working professionals in our 50s (one who works from home) who are looking for a roommate, in our, clean modern townhome. We like to stay active and and generally feel and look younger than we are. All gender identities are welcome. One of us is plant first and the other eats most foods. One of us drinks alcohol and the other does not. The kitchen is large and equipped with many appliances. Washer and dryer are in the house. Plenty of street parking. The 11' x 11' unfurnished room includes a walk-in closet. You will have a dedicated full bathroom next to your bedroom. There is a tiny balcony off the living room and a small garden on the ground level. The house is in Toluca Lake, next to Burbank in a walkable area. The monthly rent is $1600 (including all utilities) and is available on November 1. Ideal roommate is working and shares similar interests, but not necessary. The house is set up in a way that if you prefer to be left alone it's easy. We are huge horror fans who frequently watch shows and films and attend horror conventions. We have occasional social gatherings at our house. Must also love cats. We have two very social, bonded siblings.
