I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible roommate (preferably female) to join my home in Ybor. The house is an older, bungalow-style 2/1 with a decent-sized privacy fenced backyard, and the second bedroom is available ASAP! Location perks: - close to downtown Tampa

- utilities: half of the total (split fairly!). rough estimate: WiFi: ~$25, electric: ~$70–$100, water: ~$35–$40 About me: I’m a full-time PhD student at USF and work from home occasionally during the week.
I have a dog and two cats, so must be pet-friendly and if you have a pet that is okay. I also occasionally have my friends over on the weekend for game nights and bonfires.
