Couple looking for room or roommate

My fiancé (22F) and I (23F) are looking for a home for us and our 3 cats. They are all registered ESAs so not considering pets to landlords legally and I am gett the one registered as a service animal. We both keep to ourselves, the 3 cats, all female, very friendly. We do have a shy 2 year old girl but the 5 year old and 9 month old kitten are very lovey dovey. We've lived in studios and small 1 bedrooms in the past so they are used to having small spaces, they are all still very playful including the 5 year old. We both work, I'm a Home Health Aide with PPL and my girl works at Guys in Henrietta as a Team Lead. We can afford more than $800/month if needed and definitely okay with splitting utilities and cost of food/toiletries/cleaning supplies, anything needed for the apartment or house itself that everyone would use. Our monthly budget for our cats is about $12-35 depending when we need to buy a new bag of cat food, we get the biggest bags, worth the money in the long run and feeds 3 cats for 3-4 months at a time depending on the kitten as she is a growing girl. We do occasionally like once a month or every few months spoil the girls with like pate, cheap single healthy cans and a few new toys.
