For those who love an authentic, historic St. Petersburg experience: a room is available for one person—non-smokers only—within a lovely, cozy 3-room apartment. It is located in the quiet, safe "Kolomna" district, an area defined by 19th-century architecture.
If the creaking of parquet floors and the presence of antique solid-wood furniture—complete with minor scratches and imperfections—don’t bother you, but instead represent the very charm and unique character you’re looking for, then our apartment is the perfect place for you.
The apartment is situated in a building dating back to 1837 and has undergone partial restoration. Original interior features—such as the parquet flooring, decorative stucco, ceiling medallions, and the original wooden windows and doors—have been preserved. The design is complemented by (new) Soviet-era ceramic tiles, as well as vintage furniture and decor. The European-style bathroom features an open (walk-in) shower area and a window overlooking a maple tree.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Household appliances include a washing machine, a gas stove with an oven, a steam iron, and a hair dryer. Bathroom amenities—such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel—are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), a stovetop espresso maker, ground coffee, a tea kettle, tea, as well as cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. An ironing board and a drying rack are also available. There is currently no Wi-Fi (coming soon), but mobile internet reception (LTE/5G) is good. Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Maintain order and cleanliness. Avoid causing any noise disturbances and interact politely with neighbors in the stairwell. Inviting outside guests is not permitted (exceptions may be possible upon prior arrangement). Strict no-smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment and in the stairwell (this also applies to e-cigarettes and vapes).
