Open room in Jax Beach!

I have a room opening up in our 3bed/3.5bath townhouse in Jacksonville Beach near 3rd Ave S, move in date November 1st. The room has its own bathroom and the common area is fully furnished. It’s a great location, between first and second street, so it’s an easy walk to the beach or beach bars. Rent is $1250 a month and utilities is an additional $100-150 each month so total it would be about $1350-1400 monthly. Roommates would be two 26y0 males, who are both merchant mariners, so we travel for work. This would leave you as the only one in the home for typically 6 months out of the year. We’re both very clean and have never had any issues with past roommates. I have included a few photos but am more than happy to provide more or show you around if interested!
