Room for rent girls only

Description

Room for rent in Port St. Lucie — $1,000/month, utilities included! 🏡✨ I’m renting out a room in my three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. It’s currently me and one other female roommate, and I’m looking for another female, preferably around ages 20–30, who would be a good fit for our home! I like having company over sometimes, so someone comfortable with a social atmosphere would fit right in. You’ll have a shared bathroom, full use of the kitchen, and access to the common areas, screened patio. Looking for someone clean, responsible, considerate, and willing to help keep shared spaces tidy. Rent is $1,000 per month with utilities included. Total move-in cost is $2,000: $1,000 for the first month’s rent plus a $1,000 security deposit. Message me with a little about yourself and when you’re hoping to move in! 💕
