Looking for short let or sublet

I’m a recent graduate of University of Edinburgh looking for a sublet/short-term flat as I search for full time jobs in Edinburgh. I would love to move into a fully furnished room with bills included, within Council Tax Bands A through C, and is close to the city centre or has good connections to it. 📅 Looking to move in mid October, with move-out being in the beginning of December if I’m not able to procure full-time work 💷 Budget £700 (includes rent, council tax, and bills) I’m a responsible, clean, and friendly tenant.
