Private bedroom with toilet

Description

This charming condo is ideally situated right across from INOVA Fairfax Hospital, making it super convenient. Your monthly rent includes all utilities except parking, which is just an extra $50 a month. You'll be sharing this lovely space with me, the owner, a tidy, respectful professional who's often out and about. I prefer someone who doesn't cook much, but if you do, no worries! My dogs might bark a little now and then, but if you just pay them no mind, they usually settle down quickly. I'm excited to create a cozy and welcoming environment for you! A $500 deposit is required and will be refunded promptly upon move-out, provided everything is in good condition.
