Cozy Room in Hollywood Hill Complex

Description

Hi, my name is Matt. I am a 34-year old currently in school for fashion design. I have a room for rent in a tidy, quiet 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in a great complex tucked into the hills right near the Hollywood Bowl. The complex has two pools, a tennis court, a recreation room, and a workout room. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The apartment includes a spacious private patio. The monthly rent is $1700 and the room is available on November 5. A gated parking space is included.
