Howdy! I have a single-occupancy, 10x10 bedroom that will be available on 10/17/2026. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near Clovis High School. There is laundry on- and street parking. The rent includes utilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and internet! I’m looking for someone who is chill but responsible, who meshes well with others, and who understands the value of a well-functioning household. I’ve been doing the roommate thing for many years now, and it is always so much better when everyone has the same household values. We are not interested in parties, drugs, smokers, random overnight guests, or other issues that can upset the balance of a household. If you’re interested, let me know, and we can chat more! I own the home and live on-. My other roommate has been with me for four years and he is who you would share the bathroom with. We are both M-F professionals who appreciate a quiet and clean space at home. We are both pretty chill and might have an occasional get-together. We spend most of our time working, working out, playing games, reading, watching movies, hiking, and eating. We each have a dog that lives in the home. No other pets at this time.
