Looking for a female roommate to take over my lease starting January 2027, ending in July 2027 for a private bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment! There are currently 2–3 roommates, and everyone is super clean, friendly, and easy to live with. $595/month
Around $60–80/month for utilities (electric, water, trash, etc.)
Private bedroom
2 bathrooms — 2 people per bathroom, with separate sinks
Shared kitchen + living room
In-unit washer/dryer
Apartment comes fully furnished with a couch, chairs, tables, bed, desk, and vanity
No pets
No smoking indoors The location is really convenient for UGA — about a 5 minute drive to campus. There is also a parking pass available, or you can take the UGA/Athens bus routes that go directly to and from campus. Transfer Fee 500 Message me if you're interested or want pictures/more info!:)
