Roomies Wanted! Team Up for a 3BR Townhome at Villas at North Park (Kingsport) I’m looking for two reliable roommates to join me in applying for a brand-new, luxury 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome at Villas at North Park. Total rent is around $1,600–$1,900. Since I am taking the larger master bedroom with the private attached bathroom, I will be a larger share of the rent! Your individual share for one of the standard bedrooms with a shared hallway bath will only be roughly $500 to $575 a month (depending on final rent) plus a 1/3 split of utilities. It has an open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an attached garage, an in-unit washer/dryer, and smart home tech. The leasing office requires a credit/background check and a combined household income of 3x the rent. We will need to collect our proof of income and apply together as a group.
