Right off University Drive, it's 5 minutes from TWU and it's only 10 minutes away from UNT and Golden Triangle Mall. It is a 2 story building with big rooms, plenty of storage and a HUGE backyard. It's right by a park (within walking distance) and close to Loop 288. Super easy street (and garage parking available upon request). Monthly rate is usually $800. HOWEVER, I'm offering a discounted rent of $700 per month for anyone who wants to be a house manager. I'm looking for someone who is clean, communicative and comfortable with meeting repair people.
