Room available in a 2B1B in Newport

Room available in a 2B1B in Parkside West, Newport JC. It’s on the 8th floor, with views of the bustling Newport commercial district from each room. Each room has its own large openable window and a separate AC/heat unit. My roommate has to vacate early to mid-November (date negotiable). He has the smaller room (see bedroom in pictures below). I’m looking for a chill roommate who can cover ~$1,500 for the smaller room while I continue living in the master and cover the rest (total rent is $3,600). Utilities would be shared. There’s a lot of shared closet space in the common area — my roommate currently uses one whole closet in addition to the storage in his room. I’m signing a new extended lease, so most of the deposit is already covered. DM for more details.
