Alarm system with your own code. Garages available to rent. Plenty of parking. Gym, pool, BBQ grills, walking trails, peaceful and friendly. If you wish furnished, new furniture will arrive. Rent is only $100/more a month. We love all animals, but unfortunately can not have any dogs or cats in the apartment. My girlfriend of four years and I had a roommate in Coral Springs. We just moved here and are looking for another peaceful, drug free and friendly roommate. Hopefully you are a match as well. Any age, race, profession, student, retired or business owners are all accepted. Latina preffered only because my girlfriend is Latina, however all races are welcome. We respect the roommate’s private life. We dont have guests coming over, we ask the same. We go visit our friends at their homes. We clean after ourselves and have a cleaner coming once a week to clean the apartment. We just ask that you clean after yourself.
