Roommate needed for mid december!

I am looking for a roommate to replace me in my lease, because i have to go back home to take care of a loved one! My roommates are amazing and have been nothing but understanding, which is why i want to help them find a new roommate. ROOMMATE PREFERENCES: 22-26 yrs old, must be a woman, have reliable income and no pets. APPARTMENT INFO: Rent is 650, utilities are on the highest around 100 ( that’s a bit excessive for what it averages ), the apartment has many amenities; in unit laundry, private parking lot, detached garages, play place, dog park, valley trash, self car wash, gated access, pool, yard hangouts and gym. there are a few other small details so if you are wondering about anything feel free to ask! the apartment is well lit up and everyone is very friendly. It’s a great place to be living by yourself with just 2 other girls. Cleanliness is very important to all of us and we keep everything well maintained.
