The home is an approximately 2400 sq ft traditional home with a large yard, and patio on a private drive, it backs up to Chehalem Creek and has plenty of parking.
Shared kitchen, upstairs family room (with table to study), laundry room and home.
All utilities included. Plenty of parking.
Also, a powder room on the main floor, so no waiting for the bathroom.
We have good neighbors, and outside cameras for security.
About 7 minute drive to GFU, from 525 Dayton Ave, Newberg,
or a quick walk to downtown Newberg’s restaurants and movie theater. NO smoking.
NO overnight guests.
I’m sorry, no pets, as we have two cats.
The room is available now. Credit/criminal check $40.00 Required for rental.
First months rent $1000.00, security deposit $300.00, proof of renters insurance required.
