ISO 3rd Roommate in Beaverton Apt

Description

We have one room available in a three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. It’s 9x10 feet, plus a closet. You would share the bathroom with one other person. See the photos for some of the shared spaces. Laundry is in the unit, there’s a full kitchen and dishwasher, but no central cooling. The apartment complex is in North Beaverton (just North of Highway 26) and has amenities including a pool and fitness center. The two current roommates are both quiet and keep to ourselves. S (they/she) is 32, works in retail and loves books. E (she/her) is 27, makes music and works as a barista. Being queer and trans, we’d be happiest with someone else queer/queer-friendly. We previously lived with a cat and would love to welcome another! Rent for the room is $650 each month, plus utilities which are usually $70-100/person monthly. There’s also an application fee of $50, and we’ll ask for a one-time $250 contribution to the security deposit. The outgoing roommate will be leaving the last week or two of October.
