I live in this 1B1B apartment but have to move out due to a happy life change.
So I’m looking for someone to take over my current lease.
Apartment community is Waterline at Bonita Springs on old 41 downtown.
Rent breakdown -
Gross Rent =1507, Valet trash = $35, clubhouse amenities=$37, Pest =$5
Water, internet, and electricity is separate.
My house specs -
Third floor apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, walk-in closet, open kitchen, in-house laundry unit.
The living room and bedroom have a great view of the green canopy through large windows. The angle the house is located is such that it is fully private and nobody can look in through windows.
My favorite aspects of the place are the large kitchen with lots of storage, valet trash, and assigned parking (mine is as close as it could have gotten to the stairs).

About community-
The leasing office has regular activities through tie-ups with neighborhood retailers like free pizza and drinks at the Canary club, shopping sprees at nearby stores, etc.
It's a great location being right out on old 41 - you skip the logged part of it , but are in walking distance to all the new hotspots coming up while you’re tucked 5 mins away in a building near the school so it’s quiet and safe.

Walkable within 15 mins -
Bonita Springs Elementary school, community park, bars, lounges, bakeries, breakfast places, Sugarshack, Rooftop, coffee shops, library.

Drivable with 10-15 mins-
Bonita Beach, Aldis, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Coconut point, Exit 116

I’ll miss the convenience and coziness of this apartment. And I want to do right by the apartment community as well. You’ll need to pass their background check to get added on the lease and prove that you make atleast three times the rent. Once you are added to the lease, I will leave so it’s all yours until Aug 2027 to extend.
