Private bed & bathroom in new apt

Newer, accessible apartment in Blaine with a private bedroom available. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has plenty of shared living space. You’d have your own room and share the kitchen, living room, and other common areas with me. The room is rent-free in exchange for an agreed-upon amount of caregiving help. I’m hoping to find someone who wants this to feel like a home and roommate situation, not just a job. You will also be paid for some caregiving. Hi! I’m Dee. I’m pretty laid-back and enjoy church, gaming, reading, painting, cooking, getting outside, and hanging out with my dog, Pi. I’m hoping to find someone kind, dependable, and easy to live with. Because of my disability, I need physical help with some everyday things. In exchange for a free private room, my roommate would help with an agreed-upon amount of caregiving. We’d talk through expectations and make sure there are clear boundaries so you can still have work, school, friends, church, and your own life. I’d love to find someone with whom we genuinely get along as roommates too, not just someone providing care.
