Hi, my name is Dave, Small 1 bedroom for available To help someone who has just moved to the Little Rock area or a Disabled /Retired Person Needing an affordable alternative solution, To allow time to get on their feet until they can obtain their own place I also live in the apartment and I work from home as a customer service rep for a Gas / Electric Company. Helping customers with their past due bills so it's in my nature to genuinely help people. The room is all yours, I sleep on the couch in the living room area. The room has a bed, mini fridge / freezer, microwave, Shared access for 1 bathroom but I handle the cleaning of the bathroom, Full kitchen, washer / dryer inside apartment and closet space.
