Single Military searching for Room

Description

I am a single (no family or dependents with me) male searching for a single bedroom with private bath on the island of Oahu. I just received orders to Pearl Harbor and am expected to be there anywhere between July 2027 to October 2027 and will be working there for 5 years. Either annual or month-to-month rent is fine, as long as landlords are easy to work with obvious dynamic military schedule changes. I am a very clean, neat and hygienic person who believes in respecting everyone's space and time. I also can help around the house in general even if I don't live in those particular areas of the home; I like have healthy chemistry with the other house mates and landlords. I have an outstanding history of on-time renting and am never late on payments. Been in the Navy for 15 years and counting, so I am not new to the single-Sailor lifestyle and am a responsible renter. I don't party hard, just going out with friends out in town or their own place is normal for me after working hours or weekends. I don't smoke indoors, but I do smoke hookah as my nicotine source but that is only outside or I just go out in town to do so. It will never affect the living situation unless certain conditions are green-lit by the landlord. I don't smoke cigarettes, vape or chew tobacco. I am huge on taking care of my car(s), so any way to have my car not exposed to the elements would be huge for me and I would work very intently with the landlord if anything can be done to havea reasonable parking situation. If not, it isn't a deal breaker, I will figure it out on my own. I am open to negotiate additional pricing or any form of collateral for improved and not-normally-offered better parking conditions. I am renting a room instead of an apartment due to financially supporting mother with health issues back in California, thus a regular lone apartment is not in my budget. I have been renting rooms for at least half of my military career. Looking forward to renting with you!
