We are looking to rent out the East-wing of our “pre-engineered relocatable linear, single-wide gallery designed Family estate. 😂🤣😂 I'm 54 and my partner is 31 and we have been together almost 5 years now. Both laid back, non-judgemental people. Walking in the front door into the living room, to the left is the dining/kitchen area. Then down the hallway is our bathroom & bedroom. BUT, to your right when you first walk in is a door to your own private sanctuary with a hallway, full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower & a bedroom. We have a covered private mostly screened in front porch that runs the entire length of the home that has blue low-level lights for ambiance. The back door opens into a small shed that has a washer/dryer connection, just haven’t bought yet. Then the shed leads out into a fenced backyard. You obviously must be ok w/ us as a couple. Our dogs are our kids, so being a dog lover, or at least comfortable around them & nice to them is mandatory. They are well trained, friendly, & sweet. Smoking is fine on either the covered front or back porch, just not inside. I’m more concerned about getting along well w/ someone than all the specific financial details & requirements. As long as you are a good fit; I can be negotiable on the rest. The $500 deposit is important, but Lord knows we’ve all financial struggles (otherwise we wouldn’t be looking for a roommate)! So first I want to make sure we could be good roommates, and if that seems true, we can possibly negotiate timeline, etc. We do have Wi-Fi & I don’t mind sharing access to all of my Netflix, Disney, Prime, Paramount, HBO, etc. Lastly, the room is not furnished, but if you don’t any, I can help make it comfortable until you can. I do have a nice double high air mattress, plus sheets & blankets. Lamp, nightstand, etc., even an extra TV if you needed. None of it would be overly fancy, but at least give you something to be comfortable in.
