🏡 LOOKING FOR A STUDIO OR APARTMENT – CHULA VISTA / SAN DIEGO Hi! 😊 My husband and I are looking for a studio or apartment for two people, preferably in Chula Vista or nearby areas of San Diego. We are 22 and 24 years old, recently married, and we are both university students with stable jobs. We have no children or pets, we don’t smoke or drink alcohol, and we are very quiet, responsible, clean, and respectful people. We are preferably looking to rent directly from a private owner/landlord who does not require established credit. Since we are young and just starting out, we haven’t had the opportunity to build credit yet. However, we can provide proof of income and a reference from our current landlord to show that we are responsible tenants and pay our rent on time. We are preferably looking for a place that: Has washer and dryer access. Has all utilities included in the monthly rent. Accepts two people. Is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area. Does not require established credit or accepts other forms of proof that we can reliably pay the rent.
