Hey everyone! I’m looking to transfer my lease at The Main on University ASAP!

- 4 bed 4 bath (one room with an attached bathroom)



- $1399 per month



- Completely furnished!



- Duration from September or August to July 31st (willing to cover September and October rent!)



- In unit washer and dryer



- Separate utilities cost per use of individual per room



- Resort style pool, 24/7 gym, lounge area, and private study rooms on every floor



- 5 minute walk to GMU campus



- My particular unit is right outside the pool, gym, parking garage access, and ground floor street access (so no need to ever touch the elevator but we do have an great high up view because of the elevation lol)



My roommates are three great guys who are all students at GMU and all are respectful, quiet, and very funny! Unfortunately I am moving out of state so I need to sublease my apartment ASAP. Message me if you’re interested!
