The monthly rent is $1145 and the room is available on September 30 or later. The unit consists of 3 large bedrooms, a separate dining area and a sun porch that allow sun light to come pouring in. Its just minutes from the University of Chicago and the CTA. The bedroom will come furnished with a brass bed, two nightstands, and a dresser; however this furniture and most of the furniture in the apartment will be leaving in March once the lease officially ends. If you choose to renew the lease after that you will then be responsible for furnishing the apartment yourself. The roommate you will be living with also plans to move aftee the lease ends so you will need to find new roommates. Two cats will be living in the unit as well so must be okay with that.
