Looking for the right person to join our cozy, welcoming home! The available bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms in the house, giving you a little more privacy and your own space. Bedroom is attached to a Jack and Jill style guest bathroom that connects to the hallway. Lovely location, very walkable area located approx 10-15 minutes from Fresno State. Gated community, cozy furnished shared spaces, must be okay with pets. Utilities will be split separate typically about $150 per month. Please message me for more info.
