Lease takeover available!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Redpoint beginning in January through the end of either the Spring semester or lease term. The lease is $545 per month (includes utility). The space is shared with three other girls, but you'd have your own bedroom and bathroom. The space is a great option for a transfer student or anyone looking for housing just for the spring!
