Lockable bedroom with shared bath

Description

6 month minimum stay agreement. Agreement renews every 6 months. Furnished bedroom, full size bed, single recliner chair, 32” DIRECTV television, microwave, 2 mini fridges, lockable bedroom door, shared bathroom, in house washer/dryer and exercise room, nice area, no internal smokers allowed, minor alcohol drinkers are allowed, I will pay for and cover the electricity, gas, water and internet, which will all be available. All that’s required from tenant for move in is $700 monthly rent and 1 time $150 deposit. Move in total $850. $150 will be returned to you on your move out date, if there is no damages and you stay minimum amount of 6 month per agreement. No extra fees. (Utilities Included)
