I’m 52, responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m a smoker, but I always smoke outside and I’m very considerate about it. I’m an entrepreneur currently focused on improving my physical health, continuing my studies, and working on building my business. I like staying productive and working toward my goals. I’m looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful place to live with someone who values respect, good communication, and personal space. I’m not into drama or a party lifestyle, but I do enjoy a friendly home, good conversation, and a comfortable atmosphere.
