Room for rent UWS MANHATTAN $1600 (serious inquiries only) Hello! We are looking to rent out the second bedroom in our UWS apartment for $1600 before monthly utilities. The room is big enough for a full-sized bed and plenty of other furniture with decent closet space. We are offering the room at a discounted price because you’ll be living with a couple(man and woman) who share a room and take up a little extra space. The full monthly rent is 3,714 and the apartment is rent stabilized! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the A,C and 1,2,3 trains on 72nd. As well as a 5 minute walk to 3 different grocery stores and a bunch of restaurants. Central Park is also a 5 minute walk. We have a cat named Powell who is fixed, vaccinated and very friendly! We are looking for a person preferably between 25 and 35 in age who loves cats, gets along with people, doesn’t bring much of a party home, and most importantly clean. Also ideally someone who is interested in re-signing with us come February. Please be aware this will be a lease add on and the landlord will conduct a credit check.
