I am looking for someone to sublet my current room (from 9/1/2026 to 6/30/2027) and live with my current roommate, Brady. He has his own room, and you would also have your own room and bathroom. Brady has always paid his rent on time and is a well-kept roommate. He is not loud and is a good conversationalist. Brady is 25 years old and is looking for someone around the same age. The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bath with a spacious living room and kitchen. The building is clean and has great security. The living room has a great skylight. The living room and kitchen are mostly furnished. Your room has a spacious closet and an ensuite bathroom. Utilities are included with rent, while Wifi and electric are paid separately (around $35 and $50). The apartment is in a great location and has many neighboring and connected buildings where you can purchase parking.
