2 bed 2 bath, right off exit 229 not sure about square footage yet but I’m getting with the complex to get me that info The pictures of the room is the room you’ll be moving into it’s just currently not emptied Free wifi here
Outside parking In unit washer and dryer Dishwasher Move in date mid to late September, we can talk about it and work something out but the complex needs to get involved for leasing purposes No pets from me LGBTQ+ friendly home Your half of rent is 1,100 and I’ll pay 1,300 which is averaged out considering rent and utilities, however if utilities skyrocket from the norm I will ask you to contribute a little more if you are able to, I tend to be very conservative of power so the utilities aren’t too bad most month’s About me 23 Y/O lgbtq+ man from Alabama, I’ve lived in Washington since 2022 and I like it a lot here.
I cook and bake I play TTRPG and console gaming I’m a nerd about a lot of things I workout semi regularly I go out clubbing and spend a lot of time with friends so, there is a good chance you’ll barely see me. I don’t mind you being noisy or anything your a person but please be clean, especially in the common area. I’d like to meet before agreeing to room
