I’m purchasing a new home and will have a private room available around the end of October or early November. Rent will include utilities as well as access to the neighborhood amenities, including a full gym, pool, conference/work spaces, and walking paths. The home will be shared with just me and my friendly golden retriever. I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and reliable roommate who would enjoy a comfortable, peaceful home and a great community.
