Room With Home Office Available

Hi all! We have a bedroom available in our single family house in Toms River. The room is available by itself or can be packaged with a separate room that can be used as a home office. Perfect for a work from home professional! Both rooms come unfurnished and each have a fairly large closet, windows, and ceiling fans with light. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other male (myself). The rent includes all utilities including cable and internet. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The kitchen is used by everyone, there are currently 2 of us living here. Overall, we're looking for a clean, courteous, person that will add to the calm, quiet environment that is our house.
