Private room and bathroom for rent

We are three roomates looking for a fourth to rent out the last room by the beginning of december! 2 women, one man. We're really chill, two of us are life long friends. we all work full time with varying schedules and dont see each other too much! We all love art and music but mostly keep to ourselves and do our own thing! We're great at communicating when we need the shared space or the rare times we have people over. 420 friendly but no smoking in the house, and we have two fur babies (cats) that are super friendly
