Room with private entrance for a working professional needing a place to restWe are renting a room to a single person who works during the day. The four of us living in the house all work days and sleep at night; therefore, no noise is permitted late at night or in the early hours of the morning, as everyone is resting.The bathroom is shared, and there is only one parking space available, as we each have a car and the space is limited.The room comes with a TV (including Wi-Fi and Netflix) and a single bed.The bathroom is shared, and use of the kitchen is permitted for light meals, provided it is left clean after use.Due to the limited space and our personal belongings, we do not allow outside visitors in the house, nor do we permit celebrations or loud noise; likewise, music and alcohol are prohibited in the parking area.No pets of any kind are allowed, as two of the residents have allergies.
