Looking for someone to take over my lease at OnShore Apartments in Daytona Beach from now until July 31, 2027. My plans recently changed, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for the remainder of the lease term. The apartment is a fully furnished 4x4, and you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The room comes with a bed, desk, drawers, and a small table. Rent is $1,049 per month. It’s about 5 minutes from Embry-Riddle and Daytona International Speedway and close to BCU as well. The apartment is fully furnished.
