Private bedroom/bathroom

I have around 7 months left on my lease here at The Lodge at Bellevue apartments and my roommate is moving out. It is a 1,200 sqft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You will have your own full bathroom attached to your bedroom as well as a walk in closet. The kitchen and living room area is very large and nice, washer and dryer are in the apartment. About me- I am a 31 year old professional man, army veteran, spend Monday through Friday gone at work from 6am till 4pm or so. I work, workout, and keep to myself for the most part. I will be in the living room area on the weekends watching football and other sports on the big TV. I don’t drink often, don’t smoke or do any drugs. I am quiet, clean and respectful and looking for someone like minded. I don’t mind hanging out, I cook pretty often and do long hikes usually on Saturday mornings. I prefer female roommates because they tend to be more respectful and responsible. The bedroom and bathroom are not furnished.
