Hello! I’m looking to find someone to replace me in a current lease I am. I am moving so need to find someone to replace. It is a 4 bed, 3 bad house in Irvine, Ca. It is a furnished room, and the deposit will be waived! The deposit is waived because I will be leaving my deposit behind to cover yours. The rent is $982. The monthly utility is about $110-130 a month. 3 other room mates currently live there as well. All working professionals. Great good of guys! There is also a dog that lives in the house.
