Bed & Bath in Echo Park condo!

Hello! I have a downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom located in Echo Park which I am trying to fill asap. The room is downstairs in a two story duplex, and the home includes full backyard, parking in the driveway and laundry. Great location right off Sunset Blvd and next to Elysian Park! Right now the house is split between me and one other person, and we are looking for another girl to fill this bedroom as well. We are both relatively quiet, but very easygoing and definitely on the creative side. Rent is $1100 with a $1000 security deposit. We are looking for someone who can stay at least 6 months, let me know if you are interested in setting up a viewing, we need to fill this place quickly!
