Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our lease for our small studio apartment. Rent is $950/month with utilities included (Wi-Fi not included). The move-in date is September 1, and the lease ends July 1. The apartment is in a great location, right by the university campus and downtown, making it super convenient for students or anyone who wants to be close to everything. We’ve really enjoyed living here, but we’ve realized that the studio is a little too small for the two of us, and we’d both benefit from having a bit more personal space.
