Roommate Wanted – Private Bedroom & Bathroom I’m looking for a roommate to replace my current roommate, who is moving out. The available space includes a private bedroom and bathroom with double sinks. The bedroom also has separate access from the balcony, providing additional privacy. The new roommate will need to qualify with the apartment community. Your income and financial information will be combined with mine to determine whether we meet the apartment’s qualification requirements. Application fee: $100, nonrefundable paid to office. Cats are allowed: * $400 pet fee
* $50/month pet rent
